SOLID WATER ACQUIRED ECONET’S BUSINESS

With the acquisition, Solid Water expands its water treatment equipment offering with Econet’s high-quality and well-known product solutions, including, among others, suction clarifiers used in clarifier tanks, pre-treatment channel screens and sluice gates.

Solid Water will be responsible for the development, production and sales of these equipment. Econet equipment has been delivered to various locations in Finland and abroad, both to challenging industrial sites and to water treatment processes in the municipal sector. Solid Water and Econet’s water treatment equipment are known for their high quality suitable for northern conditions and low maintenance costs.

With the acquisition, Solid Water will also offer spare parts, modernization and minor repair services for equipment and projects delivered by Econet Oy, covering both equipment sold under the Econet and Slamex brands.
